The Pleasantville Housing Authority mission is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic independence for our residents and increase the value of its assets for long term sustainability. In order to accomplish this mission, this Authority will provide decent and safe housing; supportive resident's independence services and a reliance on a measure of performance on consumer (residents) preference and market value. In carrying out this mission we are committed to the overall economic health and well being of the residents, Pleasantville Housing Authority, and the City of Pleasantville, endow with excellence in resident self-sufficiency, asset management and development.
